Multi-event wedding invitations.
One link for the whole weekend. Put every event into one invitation, up to 12 of them, and each household sees only the ones you’ve invited them to.

Every event, its own details.
Each event can have its own menu and dress code. With The Occasi Pass, each guest also gets their days and what to wear in one place.
- A menu for each

- Their days

- What to wear

Sample screens: made-up names at a made-up venue. Their days and What to wear come with The Occasi Pass.
How it works across several days.
- Add each event
Give it a name, a day, a time and a place. Add a menu and a dress code where it needs one.
- Choose who’s invited to what
Tick the events for each household. Family can be invited to everything, and evening guests to the evening alone.
- Guests reply event by event
Each household has its own link. One person can reply for everyone in it, with each guest’s meal choice and any dietary needs.
- Count each event on its own
In your dashboard, pick an event to see who’s coming, who hasn’t replied and who can’t make it.

However your wedding runs.
You name the events yourself, so the invitation follows your plans. A few examples:
Friday to Sunday
A weekend in the countryWelcome drinks on Friday, the ceremony and wedding breakfast on Saturday, and a Sunday brunch before everyone heads home.
Several days
Mehndi, sangeet and the weddingTwo or three days of celebrations, each with its own dress code, and the reception on the last night.
Two ceremonies
The traditional and the white weddingMany Nigerian and Ghanaian couples hold both, often on different days and sometimes with different guests.
Two gatherings
Nikah and walimaThe nikah is often the smaller gathering and the walima the bigger one. Each can have its own menu.
Morning and evening
The tea ceremony and the banquetA morning tea ceremony for the family, then the banquet in the evening for all your guests.
The evening
The aftersIn Ireland, the guests who come for the evening party. They’re on the same invitation as everyone else.
Day and evening guests, one invitation.
Add the evening as its own event and invite those households to it alone. Their link shows the evening, and that’s what they reply to. Everyone else sees the whole day. It’s all one invitation, so you don’t need a second one, and there’s one guest list to keep.
The same price for one event or eight.
The Invitation is £49.99 and The Occasi Pass is £69.99, paid once, with 5 years of hosting from payment. There’s no guest limit and no charge per guest (texts to UK mobiles are optional, at 10p a segment). The Occasi Pass adds each guest’s own Pass after they reply, with their days, what to wear, their table and getting there. Started with The Invitation? Add the Pass later for £20.
Questions about weekend weddings.
How many events can one invitation have?
Up to 12, on one day or spread over several. Each one has its own day, time and place, and can have its own menu and dress code.
Can some guests be invited to only some events?
Yes. Choose the events for each household. Their link shows only those events, and their reply covers only those events.
Do evening guests need a separate invitation?
No. Add your evening reception as its own event and invite those households to it alone. Their link shows just the evening, and that’s all they reply to.
How do I see who’s coming to each event?
In your dashboard, open Guests and choose an event. You’ll see who’s coming, who hasn’t replied and who can’t make it, and you can download your replies as a spreadsheet.
Does each extra event cost more?
No. You pay once for the invitation: £49.99 for The Invitation or £69.99 for The Occasi Pass. There’s no guest limit and no charge per guest. Texts to UK mobiles are optional, at 10p a segment.
