Your rights if something is wrong with what we supply aren’t affected: if it’s faulty or not as described, we’ll put it right or refund you. For the £20 upgrade, the 14 days run until guests can see their Pass.

The price you see is the total you pay. Occasi isn’t VAT-registered, so there’s no VAT to add.

Once, through Stripe’s secure checkout. Your invitation stays online for 5 years from payment, with no automatic renewal. How ordering works
Texts, if you want them
Text invitations and reminders are an optional add-on for UK mobiles: 10p per text segment, from a balance you top up. Guests can stop texts with one tap. Credit lasts as long as your invitation is hosted, and you can ask for unused paid credit back before your hosting ends.
What you need
Occasi works in current versions of Safari, Chrome and Edge on phones and computers. Guests don’t need an app or an account. If a device can’t play a design’s video, it shows a still picture instead.
Bought an earlier package?
Nothing changes: you keep everything it included.
Buying from the EU
You pay in euros: €65 for The Invitation, €89 for The Occasi Pass. Guests can reply from anywhere.

Do photographic designs cost more?

No. Every Invitation design is £49.99. The Occasi Pass is £69.99, in The White Pavilion, Sugar Bloom or The Tunnel Book, or any design with the Pass added.

Can Occasi text our guests?

Yes, if you want it: 10p per text segment for UK mobiles, from a balance you top up. You see the exact cost first and choose who gets texts and when. Nothing goes out unless you’ve switched it on or scheduled it.

Can I cancel?

Yes, within 14 days, until you send. You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of your payment being confirmed, as long as you haven’t yet published or shared your invitation or a save-the-date card. For a Pass upgrade, that’s until guests can see their Pass. Not ready to start? Don’t pay yet: your draft stays free to edit until you are. What happens after 5 years?

After that, the guest link stops, and the invitation stays in your account until you delete it.
