See replies event by event, with meals and dietary notes when the couple shares them. Where they allow editing, add households and update replies and meals, saved straight to their guest list.

Is Occasi Pro for couples?
No. It’s for wedding planners, venues and their invited staff. Couples use their own dashboard to make their invitation, run their wedding and approve sharing. Customer sign in.
Does each couple need an Occasi invitation?
Today, yes: Pro works on the paid Occasi weddings couples share with you. Managing your other client weddings opens with your free first year, once our business terms are published.
What does it cost after the free year?
Occasi Pro is free for the first 12 months after you join, with no card needed at sign-up. After that, it costs £19 a month if you choose to continue, and you can cancel at any time. Weddings a couple shares with you and archived weddings never count towards the fee. We email at least 60 days before the free year ends, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Can I try it before applying?
Yes. The sample workspace uses fictional weddings and is separate from live records.
